Moriah Thrift is proud to be a licensed dealer for Cook Portable Warehouses.  Cook Portable Warehouses are designed to meet all your storage needs from scalable warehouses to yard storage.  Every Cook Portable Warehouse is built from pressure treated materials. The pressure treated lumber we use enables Cook to extend a lifetime warranty on every building against decay or termite damage. Simply stated, if the pressure treated lumber in your Cook Portable Warehouse is ever damaged by decay or termites, Cook will replace the damaged lumber free of charge.

1. Smart Roof Design: 20 Year Fiberglass shingles and OSB decking, manufactured from waterproof adhesives and protected by aluminum drip edging, keeps your stuff safe & dry, while a vented helps ventilate your portable warehouse and protects your stuff from excessive heat.

2. Sidewall Construction: Shallow groove siding adds durability to the sidewalls by protecting the inner plys from weather exposure, which can result in delamination, or separation, of the plywood. Double stud construction in the sidewalls where sheets of siding meet prevent separation and gaps from the drying & shrinking of pressure treated lumber.

3. High Quality Door Features: Our standard door features add security, durability, and life to your Cook Portable Warehouse. Door features include storm chains, wooden door stops, barrel bolts, individual key locks, and door adjustment turnbuckles.

4. Durable Floor Systems: Our warehouse floor systems are designed for maximum durability & mobility. Floor joists fit into notched floor skids to allow movement of the building without causing damage. Floors are constructed of 5/8” pressure treated decking, while bridge blocks provide additional strength to the floor system where the sheets of plywood meet. This feature prevents the floor system from sagging under the weight of heavy items like lawn mowers.

5. Pulling Blocks: This Feature creates a secure attachment point to prevent damage occurring to the front wall of your warehouse when moving.

6. Notched Wall Plates: Tongue & groove top plates provide a seamless connection between the wall and the top plate.

Cook Portable Warehouses provide a no strings special lease with option to buy that allows clients to avoid mini-warehousing and end up owning the building. Lease with option to purchase was established on Cook buildings as an alternative to mini-warehousing.

At Cook all of our buildings are built in a quality controlled environment and delivered directly to you fully assembled, set up and leveled. When you select a building , you have the comfort of knowing it was built in a quality controlled environment, no surprises from crews who build your unit on site and sacrifice quality by rushing to get the job done. Delivery can be expected within 7-10 working days from the date the order is placed.

Every Cook Portable Warehouse is built from pressure treated materials.  The pressure treated lumber we use enables Cook to extend a lifetime warranty on every building against decay or termite damage.

Simply stated, if the pressure treated lumber in your Cook Portable Warehouse is ever damaged by decay or termites, Cook will replace the damaged lumber free of charge.

Lease-to-own

Lease with option to purchase was established on Cook buildings as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no strings plan allows you to have your storage facility in your own backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot, however, with the Cook lease with option to purchase plan a portion of each payment is applied toward the purchase price if you decide to buy.

All that is required for delivery of your building is a deposit and delivery fee (if applicable). The deposit is completely refundable whenever you exercise your option to purchase. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep the building.  If your building becomes a financial burden or if for any reason you no longer need the building, simply give us a call and we will promptly pick it up and your credit will remain untarnished.

When you select a building from one of our lots, you have the comfort of knowing it was built in a quality controlled environment, no surprises from crews who build your unit on site and sacrifice quality by rushing to get the job done.  Delivery can be expected within 7-10 working days from the date the order is placed.

Our delivery fleet utilizes one-ton trucks with 30′ custom made drop-back trailers which, while loaded, typically require a 13’6″ height clearance.  As long as there is clear access to the delivery location, our professional fleet of drivers will ensure the building is set up to your complete satisfaction.
